This letter must be sent by the Director of the Doctoral Thesis to request the approval of the Doctoral Thesis Committee from the Coordinating Committee of the Doctorate in Engineering .

Know the procedure and the estimated times of the internship

In this format, you will record the information of the internship to be carried out for later approval by the Coordinating Committee.

In this format, you will record the partial or final report as a result of your internship to be evaluated by your Thesis Director.

This form will record the expenses related to the internship.

In order to avoid potential situations that lead to the generation of conflict of interest, the Doctorate in Engineering has established the following causes of interest conflict

Delivery of the final report of the doctoral thesis to its respective Institutional Coordinator of the Doctorate, prior approval of the Director of the doctoral thesis

It must NOT be modified, it must come filled out completely, signed and in PDF format

It must be completed when a third party previously authorized by the DI Director, incurs expenses for activities inherent to the program, following the Instructions for Payment of the same, established therein.
